Where is The Trails Located?

In West Kelowna BC, Glenrosa head North on Glenrosa Road and take the 3rd exit (left) on roundabout onto Yorkton Road, then take the first left onto Larsen Ave and you will find The Trails Community.

Zoning?

All of the lots are zoned single family residential some are R1 or RC3.

The R1 lots allow for a secondary suite, RC3 lots do not.

R1 lots vary in size, several offer generous rear yards, room for a pool and Lake views RC3 lots offer more compact housing at more affordable pricing.

Pets are allowed and rentals allowed in line with City of West Kelowna zoning bylaws

Fencing is allowed in the development of either black chain link or grey vinyl fencing to a maximum of 6 ft.

Lot options are available that will have room for a pool.

Purchasing at The Trails

The available lots are outlined on our site map and can be purchased outright, you will need to enter into a building contract to have your home built with the developer prior to competing the Lot purchase.

How Long does it take to build a home at The Trails?

Approximately 12 months from the time the city issues a building permit.

The Trails offers 3 color palettes:
